Architectural Assistant (Graduate) / Year-out
Shape Capital Limited is an incorporation established by a senior team of experienced real estate development and investment professionals focusing on Hong Kong, Greater China, and the UK. Apart from investing in real estate projects in the targeted markets, our core business also entails the provision of development and project management solutions for property owners and investors.
Applicants are invited for the position of Architectural Assistant (Graduate) / Year-out (1-year renewable contract)
Requirements :
- HKIA (or equivalent) accredited Degree or Master degree holders in Architecture
- Excellent design, presentation and CAD skills
- Good organization, communication and design capabilities
- Willingness to take on diverse tasks and responsibilities synonymous with a real estate development business
- Proficiency in Chinese and English an advantage
