Open Space Development in Tung Chung New Town Extension (East) - Phase 1

RESIDENT SITE STAFF 

We are now inviting applicants for the following Resident Site Staff position for the captioned contract adopting New Engineering Contract 4 (NEC4) Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC) as the form of contract. The captioned contract mainly involves open space works in Waterfront Promenade, Linear Parks and Cycle Park cum Skatepark in Tung Chung East areas. Construction works commenced in April 2025. 

Resident Assistant Project Officer (RAPO) 

Academic Requirement 

Applicants must obtain an academic qualification in the year 2025 in any of the following disciplines: 

(a) A degree in Civil / Structural Engineering which satisfies the academic requirements for corporate membership of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) in the Civil or Structural discipline as appropriate; or 

(b) A degree in Architecture obtained on completion of a 5-year full-time course of study or a qualification, which is acceptable to the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA) as satisfying the academic requirements for admission into the HKIA Professional Assessment.

Duties 

Provision of technical support to the implementation of digital management systems in relation to the works contracts and the project; 
Provision of assistance to Resident Engineer (RE) / Resident Architect (RA) or above in the delivery of their duties of the representative or delegate of the Project Manager, Supervisor, Engineer and/or Architect as appropriate under works contracts as assigned by the Consultant(s); 
Provision of assistance to RE / RA or above in the delivery of all their other assigned duties related to works contracts and the project; 
Collaboration with other RSS ranks for delivery of works contracts and the project in safe, efficient and cost effective manner with good quality; and 
Other duties related to the consultancy works, works contracts or the project as may be assigned by the head of the RSS team, their supervisors, RE / RA or above or the Consultant(s) from time to time. 
 

Conditions: Appointments will be made on Agreement Term with P&T Architects Limited in accordance with the prevailing Government’s terms and conditions. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The incumbent may be required to work irregular hours, overtime and shifts (including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) to carry out supervision duties in Hong Kong, China or any designated workplace when required.

職責

為工程合約和項目相關的數位化管理系統提供技術支援; 
由顧問公司指派協助駐地盤工程師 (RE）/ 駐地盤建築師（RA）或以上職位人員履行其在工程合約上 作為項目經理、主管、工程師和/或建築師的代表或代理人的職責; 
協助駐地盤工程師 / 駐地盤建築師 或以上職位人員完成所有與工程合約和項目相關的職責; 
與其他駐工地人員(RSS)職級合作，以安全、高效、高質和具成本效益的方式完成工程合約和項目; 及
其他經由駐工地人員團隊負責人、主管、駐地盤工程師/ 駐地盤建築師或以上職位或顧問公司不時分 配與顧問工作、工程合約或項目相關的職責。
 

聘用條款: 獲取錄的申請人，巴馬丹拿建築師事務所有限公司會以合約形式聘請，聘用條款將按受聘時政府採用的編制而定。受聘人之薪酬按資歷及經驗而定。受聘人將來可能因應工程需要於香港、中國或任何指定 工作場所進行監督工作，可能需要不定時上班、超時工作及輪更工作（當中可能包括於週六，週日及公眾假 期）。
