• Agreement No. CE 77/2017 (EM) – The District Cooling System for Tung Chung New Town Extension (East) – Design and Construction

• Contract No. EP/SP/186/21 – West New Territories Landfill Extension

• Contract No. EP/SP/77/15 – North East New Territories (NENT) Landfill Extension

• Contract No. 3/WSD/24 Ngau Tam Mei Water Treatment Works Extension – Extension of Ngau Tam Mei Fresh Water Primary Service Reservoir, Modification of Raw Water Tunnel Junction (Chamber G) and Associated Mainlaying and Contract No. 18/WSD/24 Extension of Ngau Tam Mei Water Treatment Works and Associated Improvement Works of Existing Treatment Stream

RESIDENT ASSISTANT PROJECT OFFICER / 駐地盤項目助理 - (Job Number: HON0003FI)

Qualifications & Experience required
A degree in the year 2025 in Civil / Structural Engineering which satisfies the academic requirements for corporate membership of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) in the Civil or Structural discipline as appropriate; OR
A degree in the year 2025 in Quantity Surveying or a related subject which satisfies the academic requirements for corporate membership of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) in the Quantity Surveying Division; OR
A degree in the year 2025 in Architecture obtained on completion of a 5-year full-time course of study or a qualification, which is acceptable to the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA) as satisfying the academic requirements for admission into the HKIA Professional Assessment; AND
No relevant experience is required
 
Job Duties 
Provision of technical support to the implementation of digital management systems in relation to the works contracts and the project; 
Provision of assistance to Resident Engineer (RE) / Resident Quantity Surveyor (RQS) / Resident Architect (RA) or above in the delivery of their duties of the representative or delegate of the Project Manager, Supervisor, Engineer, Architect, Surveyor and/or Supervising Officer as appropriate under works contracts as assigned by the Consultant(s); 
Provision of assistance to RE / RQS / RA or above in the delivery of all their other assigned duties related to works contracts and the project;
Collaboration with other RSS ranks for delivery of works contracts and the project in safe, efficient and cost effective manner with good quality; AND
Other duties related to the consultancy works, works contracts or the project as may be assigned by the head of the RSS team, their supervisors, RE / RQS / RA or above or the Consultant(s) from time to time.

申請人必須持有於二零二五年所頒發的土木工程或結構工程學位，該學位並須符合香港工程師學會土木或結構界別的正式會員學術要求或具備同等學歷 ; 或
申請人必須持有於二零二五年所頒發的工料測量或相關界別學位，該學位並須符合香港測量師學會工料測量界別的正式會員學術要求或具備同等學歷 ; 或
申請人必須持有於二零二五年完成五年或相等的全日制專業課程所獲取的建築學學位或其他相關學歷，此等學位或學歷須符合參加香港建築師學會專業測評的要求；及
無需任何相關工作經驗。
 
工作職責 :
為工程合約及項目相關的數碼管理系統之推行提供技術支援；
協助駐地盤工程師／駐地盤工料測量師／駐地盤建築師或以上級別人員履行其作為項目經理、監督、工程師、建築師、測量師及／或監督主任之代表或委任人，在顧問指派的工程合約下所需履行的職責；
協助駐地盤工程師／駐地盤工料測量師／駐地盤建築師或以上級別人員履行其所有其他與工程合約及項目相關的指派職責；
與其他駐地盤人員職級合作，以安全、高效、具成本效益及高質量的方式完成工程合約及項目；及
履行由駐地盤人員主管、其上級、駐地盤工程師／駐地盤工料測量師／駐地盤建築師 或以上級別人員或顧問不時指派的其他與顧問工作、工程合約或項目相關的職務。

What we offer you

Appointment will be made on contract term for 2 years at Master Pay Scale (MPS) Point 7 per month in accordance with the prevailing government’s terms and conditions. There will be no increment in MPS Point during the 2-year employment contract of this position. 

獲聘的駐地盤人員將以為期兩年，每月薪酬為總薪級表第七薪點的合約形式及條款按照政府之規定為準，但年度增薪點不適用。
