(1)Year out Trainee (2)Resident Architect (3) Architectural Executive / Architectural Assistant

Applicants are invited for the following post for the various project. The minimum qualifications required for the following posts shall be as follows:

Year Out Trainee

• Create and edit new designs, design presentations, physical/digital models, images and other documents
• Carry out design and project management duties including administration and coordination of all project teams
• Comply with all relevant office standards and industry professional development attributes
• Communicate with and help colleagues as required

Qualification

• Bachelor Degree  in Architecture
• Ability to add design value and develop construction details or processes preferred
• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), Photoshop and MS software
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Architectural Assistant (1-3 years working experience)

Resident Architect

• Full member or Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA) and a Registered Architect;
• At least 3 – 5 years’ post-qualification experience as an architect (in architecture); Candidate with previous experience as a Resident Architect is preferred;
• Less experience / qualifications will be considered as Architecture Executive

Employment will be on contract basis for an approximate period of 12 Months.

Architectural Executive / Architectural Assistant 

• Degree holder in architecture
• At least 1 – 3 years’ post-qualification experience as an architect (in architecture); Candidate with previous experience as a Resident Architect is preferred
