Speaker’s Biography:
Carol Poon is a distinguished professional in the fields of engineering and technology, specializing in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and digital innovation. She holds the position of Technical Manager at Autodesk Far East Ltd., where she plays an essential role in educating clients and industry professionals on the latest advancements in Autodesk technologies, including Cloud Platforms, Generative AI, and Digital Twins.
Carol has received training in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science, focusing on Machine Learning and AI. She is a qualified ISO 19650 expert, further enhancing her expertise in information management within the BIM framework.
As a co-founder of the Hong Kong Revit User Group, Carol is deeply committed to advancing the BIM community. She has been recognized for her contributions from renowned organizations, including the Architects Association of Macau and the Hong Kong Institute of Building Information Modeling.
