As the institution’s second application of Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) featuring an advanced steel hybrid system, this pioneering private residential MiC pilot scheme showcases the architectural quality and transformative potential of modular techniques within Hong Kong’s dense urban context.
We cordially invite our members to join this exclusive site tour. Participants will explore the extensive development, which comprises student hostel towers providing 938 bed spaces, staff quarters delivering 273 residential units, and a comprehensive multi-level podium.
