[Event Recap] Tour #1 of "Journey to New Heights" Guided Tour Series

As part of the HKIA 70th Anniversary celebrations, Tour #1 of the "Journey to New Heights" Guided Tour Series was held successfully on 5 September 2026 (Saturday). This event was open to the general public to showcase architects’ works and evolution of our city over the years.
With the theme “Wandering Through Skyscrapers & Public Spaces”, the tour began with a city walk, in which our docents introduced the history and features of various skyscrapers and the connected public spaces in Central.
Second part of the tour was a guided visit to The Henderson, recipient of the HKIA Medal of the Year 2024. Participants explored the ballroom, sky garden, typical floor and lobby of the development, gaining first-hand insights into the design challenges and innovative solutions.
