Successful Conclusion of The HKIA Cross-Strait Architectural Design Awards (CADA) 2024 – Awards Presentation Ceremony

The Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA) is pleased to announce the successful conclusion of The HKIA Cross-Strait Architectural Design Awards (CADA) 2024 – Awards Presentation Ceremony. The event was held at the Hong Kong Jockey Club Hall, Asia Society Hong Kong Center, located at 9 Justice Drive, Admiralty, Hong Kong.
The HKIA Cross-Strait Architectural Design Awards is organised every two years. It aims to celebrate and recognise architectural design excellence that contributes to better living, economic advancement, social harmony and the construction of a body of knowledge through innovation and creativity. Since its inauguration in 2013, the award has become an important platform for cross boundaries professional exchange to improvise architectural design and build environment within, Cross-Strait regions, the Asian countries and eventually, the global standard.
The ceremony was graced by esteemed guests who gathered to celebrate the outstanding achievements in architectural design across various categories. Among the distinguished attendees were the Guest of Honour, The Honourable Ar. Winnie Ho, JP, Secretary for Housing, HKSAR Government, and representatives from collaborating organisations, including: 廣東省註冊建築師協會秘書長常務副會張一莉女士,廣州市工程勘察設計行業協會協會協同港澳聯會聯席會長李堅先生,北京工程勘察設計協會魏閩紅副會長,深圳市註冊建築師協會盧方媛常務副秘書長和澳門建築師協會會員大會主席梁頌衍建築師, Ar Saifuddin Bin Ahmad, President of ARCASIA, Ar Gaetan Siew, Past President of UIA, and Representatives of Government Departments and professional institutes.
The event featured photo highlight, including group photos with all guest and awardees.
