Launch of Construction Industry Professional Degree Graduates On-the-Job Training Subsidy Scheme 2026 (RP circular no. 011/2026)

Dear Registered Practices,
We would like to draw your attention that the captioned scheme will be launch again in 2026, namely - “PDGOTSS 2026”.
The application period will be from 16th to 30th April 2026, and the subsidy period shall cover from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027.
The quota allocated for architectural profession is 600 nos.
This scheme aims to encourage companies to provide structured on-the-job training to their young graduates, enhance workforce capability, and support the sustainable development of the industry through subsidy incentives.
Scheme Highlights as below:
• Total funding: HK$180 million
• 3,000 training subsidy quotas （including 600 for architectural profession)
• Coverage of 6 professional disciplines — Engineering, Architecture, Surveying, Planning, Landscape Architecture & Environmental
• HK$5,000 monthly subsidy per young graduate, for a maximum period of 12 months
