Dear HKIA Members,

We take great pleasure to invite you to contribute your creative designs to the HKIA E-Cards Collection. This is an opportunity for our members to showcase their artistic talents and help build the identity of our institute.
As you know, the Hong Kong Institute of Architects regularly sends e-cards to our affiliated parties and members to celebrate important festivals and occasions. This year, we want to feature designs created by our own talented pool of architects.

We invite you to submit original e-card designs for the following events:

• Lantern Festival
• Christmas
• ⁠2025 New Year
• Chinese New Year
• Spring Reception

Guidelines for submissions:

• All artworks must be original, with no copying of other works allowed.
• Accepted file formats are JPEG and PNG only.
• Landscape (1920x1080px), portrait (900x1800px), and square dimensions will be accepted.
• File size should be limited to 5MB each, with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.

The selected e-cards will be used by the institute and made available for all members to use. A small gratitude prize of $1000 for each design will be offered to the members whose designs are selected. And the winners will be duly being announced publicly at HKIA Social Media.
