The MBTI personality test labels architects as INTJ, but can a single label truly define them?

Architecture is always a team effort. It involves moving from the introvert "I" to the extrovert "E" to lead teams effectively. While "N" stands for intuition, it needs the grounding of "S" for practical solutions. Design is a balance between logical "T" and emotional "F", crafting meaningful works within rules. You might think architects just need the organized "J", but the fast-changing market also calls for the adaptable "P" to adjust plans quickly. There is no perfect personality combination for an architect. Like you and me, we are unique yet continuously evolving.

The cinematic rock-styled band Nowhere Boys, together with their lead singer Van Chan who is also an architect, composed music for the Hong Kong Institute of Architects.Architect Amy Chan wrote the lyrics for this new song called "INTJ". The song and its music video were specially made to celebrate the Institute's 68th anniversary.
