Submission notes:

  1. Submission(s) must be made through the online form before 6 June 2025 (Fri) 11:59pm.     
    Late submissions will not be considered. Each submission should include
    1. Completion of the online form
    2. CVs of each member (2 pages each)
    3. Conceptual images (2 x A4 pages max.)
       
  2. Please be advised that the funding for this exhibition has not yet been secured. In the event that the funding is reduced or terminated, the curatorial team and the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA) reserve the right to modify the exhibition content and terminate collaboration with any exhibitor.
     
  3. Proposals will be presented in an academic review and co-developed with the curatorial team. Final approval of exhibits will be granted to proceed to the production stage. Any alterations of exhibits without prior approval by the curatorial team and HKIA will not be accepted and may result in termination of the contract.
     
  4. The earliest date for funding allocation is mid-September 2025. Exhibitors may need to proceed with production prior to any distribution of the budget.
