Accompany with the ARCASIA 21st Asian Congress of Architects (ACA21), the Student Jamboree 2025 will take place at Incheon, Korea during 8 – 12 September 2025.

We invite accredited schools to nominate student(s) to participate in this Student Jamboree. Please submit the following materials to HKIA by 31 May 2025, for selection:

• The student’s CV + portfolio.
• A 500-word self-recommendation

HKIA will choose student(s) based on their submission to participate in the Student Jamboree. More details will be announced by ARCASIA in due course.

Tentative schedule of the programme:

7 Sep 2025 (Sun)  – Arrival of Students

8 Sep 2025 (Mon) – Orientation, Special Lecture and Workshop Group Activities (Lecture and design studio, Tutor Feedback, Preparation, or presentations)

9 Sep 2025 (Tue)  – Workshop Group Activities (Lecture and design studio, Tutor Feedback, Preparation, or presentations)

10 Sep 2025 (Wed)  – Workshop Group Activities (Presentations & Discussion results) & Visit ACA21 Exhibition Songdo Convensia Exhibition Hall

11 Sep 2025 (Thu)  – Architectural Exploration, ACA21 Opening Ceremony, ACA21 Keynote Speech

12 Sep 2025 (Fri)  – ACA21 Lecture, Architecture Exploration, ACA21 Friendship Night

13 Sep 2025 (Sat) – Departure of Students
