CALL FOR DESIGNS: HKIA E-CARD COLLECTION

Dear HKIA Members,
We take great pleasure to invite you to contribute your creative designs to the HKIA E-Card Collection. This is an opportunity for our members to showcase their artistic talents and help build the identity of our institute.
As you know, the Hong Kong Institute of Architects regularly sends e-cards to our affiliated parties and members to celebrate important festivals and occasions. This year, we want to feature designs created by our own talented pool of architects.
We invite you to submit original e-card designs for the following events:
- Mid-Autumn Festival
- World Architecture Day
- Christmas & New Year
- Chinese New Year (Year of the Goat)
- Spring Reception
Guidelines for submissions:
- All artworks must be original, no plagiarism is allowed.
- All texts on the E-cards shall be bilingual.
- Accepted file formats are JPEG and PNG only.
- Landscape (1920x1080px), portrait (1080x1350px), and square (1800x1800px) dimensions will be accepted.
- File size should be limited to 8MB each, with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.
The selected e-cards will be used by the institute and made available for all members to use. Each member may submit up to one e-card design per event, for a maximum of five submissions across the five events, with HK$500 appreciation offered for each selected design. Prior to using any selected design the institute may request for minor design/ text adjustment depending on the actual usage.
