HKDS/RSCP Inaugural Invitational Pickleball Competition 2026 Recap!

The HKIA Pickleball Team recently took to the courts for the inaugural Hong Kong Disciplined Services (HKDS) / Recreational and Sports Club for Hong Kong Professional Bodies (RSCP) Pickleball Competition! The full-day event was held on 4 July 2026 at the Indoor Courts of the Police Officers’ Club (POC) in Causeway Bay.
Our HKIA players proudly represented RSCP (fielding teams RSCP-A and RSCP-B) alongside fellow professional bodies.
A huge congratulations and thank you to our participating players from HKIA:
- Men's Team: Kelvin Mak, Louis Tang, Jason Tsang
- Women's Team: Ginny Chau, Vince Leung
It was a fantastic day of healthy competition as 9 invited teams battled it out on the courts:
- Hong Kong Disciplined Services: ICAC, Police Force (HKPF), Fire Services Department (HKFSD), Correctional Services Department (CSD), Customs and Excise Department (CED), Immigration Department (IMMD), and Government Flying Service (HKGFS).
- Professional Bodies: RSCP-A (Team #1) & RSCP-B (Team #2)
We are incredibly proud to announce that the RSCP Team secured fantastic results, taking home two trophies! 🏆

We want to thank our HKIA representatives for their incredible effort and sportsmanship throughout the day. A very special thank you goes to Mr. Franklin Yu, Deputy Chair of the Board of Practices (BP) in HKIA, for attending as the Opening Ceremony Guest and showing his great support for our athletes. We also want to give a huge shoutout to Vivian Wong for doing an absolutely fantastic job as the MC for the event. A huge thank you to the RSCP Organizing Committee, the HKIA Board of Internal Affairs (BIA), and the Secretariat for their seamless coordination and unwavering support!
