The guided tour of The Chinese Medicine Hospital of Hong Kong & the Government Chinese Medicines Testing Institute is jointly organised by 4 professional institutes (HKIA, HKIE, HKIS & HKICM) which will be held on 24 January 2026 (Saturday). It aims to provide a valuable opportunity for the members from the HKIA and other co-organised institutes to gain first-hand insights into the planning, scale, and development direction of these two important facilities. It will also deepen participants' understanding and facilitate exchange and interaction on how the overall infrastructure supports the advancement of Chinese medicine in Hong Kong through healthcare services, testing support, teaching and training, as well as research collaboration.

Located at Pak Shing Kok, Tseung Kwan O, the two facilities occupy sites of 4.29 ha and 1.72 ha respectively, with a total gross floor area of around 160,000 sqm and 30,000 sqm. The Chinese Medicine Hospital of Hong Kong undertakes key development roles providing medical services while supporting teaching & training, research, cross-sector collaboration and value creation, working closely with stakeholders to advance Chinese medicine development locally, in the Greater Bay Area, and beyond.
