The project of the Old Dairy Farm Senior Staff Quarters, now known as "The Pokfulam Farm," transformed the derelict site into a living museum, made possible by the support under Batch IV of Revitalisation of Historical Buildings through partnership scheme. The restoration of the three existing buildings created spaces for heritage interpretation, a multi-purpose room, an activity room, a reception area, archive storage, and back-of-house facilities. Additionally, a new building was constructed, housing a cafeteria, toilets, a baby care room, and plant rooms. The project not only preserves the original simple classical architecture but also enhances the accessibility of the space, allowing visitors to appreciate the history and development of the Old Dairy Farm, Pokfulam Village, and the surrounding area through guided tours, workshops, and activities. The Pokfulam Farm will serve as a social hub for the local community, fostering a deeper connection with the region's cultural heritage.
