Authorized Person – Architect (Hybrid Mode)
Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate with other team members and consultants to complete preliminary design, detail design drawings and construction drawings;
- Prepare, submit and obtain statutory approval when necessary;
- Prepare materials, reports and other relevant documents which are required in operation, office administration, and project management;
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director or his delegates.
Requirements:
- Full Member of The Hong Kong Institute of Architects;
- Authorized Person (List of Architect);
- Strong knowledge of Hong Kong building regulations, codes, and construction practices;
- Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams;
- Self-motivated, strong problem-solving ability, with a focus on delivering projects within scope, schedule, and budget;
- Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English;
- Immediate availability is highly preferred; and
- Hybrid mode of in-office and remote work.
Successful candidates will participate in local residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, government, and recreational projects.
