Role Description

This is a full-time role based in Hong Kong for an Architect to work on local projects. You will be responsible for assisting in the creation of architectural drawings, technical drawings, and presentations, as well as supporting contract administration. Responsibilities include collaborating with associate directors and contributing to various project phases, from design inception through to construction. Effective communication and active participation in team meetings are also key components of this role.

• Holder of a full architectural professional degree
• Minimum 2 years’ post-graduate experience (HKIA or equivalent)
• Self-motivated and can lead a team of professional/technical staff from conceptual design to the construction stage
• Strong design and contract administration skills
• Sound knowledge of technical details and Hong Kong Building Regulations
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite (particularly in Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign), SketchUp, Rhino, Grasshopper (advantageous), Enscape
• Strong project administration and design ability
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
