Dear Members, 

On 9 December 2021, the Annual General Meeting of The Hong Kong Institute of Architects (“HKIA”) was held at the 19/F, Congregation House, 119 Leighton Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong which was broadcasted in real-time on the online platform (“AGM”). A poll was demanded by the Chairman of the meeting for voting on all the proposed resolutions, as set out in the Agenda of the AGM.

All the resolutions were voted on by poll, in line with the Council’s recommendations. All the resolutions were not passed. The poll results in respect of the resolutions were as follows:
