Dear PA Candidates,

 

[IMPORTANT UPDATE]

Upgrade in the HKIA/ARB e-Self Service System – Two Way Authentication Login

 

We would like to inform you an important update of the HKIA/ARB e-Self Service System. In order to enhance security, we have implemented two way authentication login feature. All users will be required to input One Time Password (OTP) sent to the registered email with effective from 1 March 2024.

 

To ensure you can login in smoothly, we kindly request you to login to www.joinhkia.net  and confirm your preferred email address as your registered email. If you have not confirmed your email address on or before 1 March 2024, the system will automatically use your current email address in “My Profile” as the registered email to send OTP when you login to the e-Self Service System.
