Institute of Architects Pakistan (IAP) Karachi Chapter is organising IAPEX 2024 on 3-5 May 2024, opened call for paper submission. The Conference theme for IAPEX 2024 will focus on exploring various paradigms of spatial experiences in both private and public realms. The conference will delve into the philosophy, concepts, and environments that explore the intersection of Spaces and Places.

The IAPEX Call 2024 invites professionals from various fields, including architects, academics, urban planners, the construction industry, interior designers, landscape architects, heritage consultants, and others, to participate by sharing their knowledge, experience, and ideas on the following sub-themes.

  • Community building
  • Ecology
  • Future sustainable cities
  • Heritage protection and Adaptive reuse
  • Architecture, Interior Design, and Urban Design
  • City Planning
  • Art, Culture and traditions
  • Furniture Design, Installations
  • Other related themes

Important dates:

Call for Abstract: 3rd. October 2023
Deadline for submission of Abstract: 15th November 2023
Notification of acceptance of Abstract: 5th December 2023
Deadline for final paper submission: 5th February 2024
Event Dates: 3rd. to 5th May 2024

Abstract Guidelines: Abstract: 500 words
Support work: Audio-visuals, Graphical representations, Photography, Drawings and Sketches, Furniture pieces, Art Installations, etc.
