CPD Seminar on Land Sharing Pilot Scheme by Thomas Leung

The CPD Seminar was conducted on 15 September 2020 via Zoom and well attended by over 200 participants.

Mr Thomas Leung, Head of Land Sharing Office of Development Bureau and also a HKIA Member, shared the objectives and framework of the Land Sharing Pilot Scheme with focus on aspects relevant professionals should note in advising their clients in joining the Scheme and in preparing for the applications.

HKIA appreciates Mr Leung and his colleagues for their sharing in which the audiences found this seminar informative and useful in preparing for the application for this Scheme.
