Joint HKIA-HKIS-HKICM CPD Webinar on NEC4 – Old wine in new bottles?

NEC are said to have special qualities which bring benefits to all uses, not the least of those qualities being the NEC’s opening requirements of mutual trust and cooperation.  On 4 August 2020, Sr Phyllis So reviewed some of the contractual requirements of the main contract of the NEC4 suite of contracts with a view of assisting participants to form their own views as to whether these clauses set NEC4 on a different plane from other standard forms covering changes from NEC3 to NEC4, general core clauses, time, quality and payment.

The participants shall be benefited from Sr So’s sharing.  On behalf of HKIA CPD Committee, Sr Amelia Fok, Chairman of HKIS QSD presented a Certificate of Appreciation to Sr So.  HKIA looks forward to have more collaboration with HKIS and HKICM on CPD endeavors for the benefits of members.
