Formally known as Mega Tower Hotel, the original approved 93- storey hotel had been revised to produce less environmental impact, as result of responsibility. The currently proposed 55- storey hotel, comprises 1,024 guest rooms, 168 carparking spaces, hotel ball-rooms and convention facilities and a 26,300 s.m. shopping centre.

THE HENNESSY - 256 Hennessy Road, Wanchai

This 28 storey building is a small mix-use "Ginza style" commercial building in the most densely populated area of Hong Kong. The terrace visually links adjoining two streets and provides an urban space for public and private events. The curved LED ceiling defines the space as a series of escalators draws visitors from the two streets.

A 32-storey super-class commercial/office building with 5 storeys of basement carparks. The building features a pronounced, curvilinear curtain wall which extends high about the main roof. The building is designed with an aim to be environmentally friendly based on the "Green Architecture" concept. It marks a revolution achievement in design and construction technology.

The Nova Taipa is built on a site with an area of over 17.7 hectares at Taipa, north of the University of East Asia and Hyatt Hotel. The new town development consists of 34 residential blocks of 24 to 40 storeys high
The project includes the establishments of a nursery school, kindergarden, primary school, post office, first aid station, bank, carpark, office, a commercial complex, combined convention centre and a hotel.
