The development consists of 10 numbers of 49-59 storey residential towers and provides 4,272 units with most units facing either the podium garden or the central park. They are located over 4-storey podium that contains carpark, kindergarten, including a clubhouse, one of the largest kind in Hong Kong including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, childrens' playground and function rooms, etc.
The development provides a total floor area of around 0.80 million m?, including 0.13 million m? of public facilities, and offers nearly 8,000 residential units with a population reaching 25,000. The master layout, in the form of traditional enclosing - type folk house, consists of 8-14 buildings designed to enclose an oasis, and different sizes oases are interlinked via green corridors to create interlocking courtyards that are rich in variation and security proved.
The Jinlin Peninsula covers a land area of 93,380m? and is a low density luxury development. All the houses are created around a central lake by taking full advantage of the annular water system - Huanhua Stream, and links together two clam-shaped land lots in the north and south through the clubhouse. The development is designed with contemporary unique Chinese architectural style.
This development consists of a tower containing a hotel and offices sitting on a retail podium connected by skylinks and below ground commercial corridors to adjoining developments. The Hong Kong Baptist University, consists of two buildings functioning as teaching, administration, library, conference rooms, etc. Special design elements are provided on the "student street" such as "convenience stations" and at the main entrance which express the traditional Chinese school hall in a modern language. The facade resembles the old Chinese learning institutes and adopts a panel approach.

The majority of the residential, hotel and apartment units are oriented towards the sea view so that the gross development value (and thus sales value) of site are maximized.
With a site area of 51,000 sq.m., the development provides a gross floor area of approximately 240,000 sq. m., including 35,100 sq.m. of shopping, 30,600 sq.m. of hotel accomodation, 95,400 sq.m. of mixed-use development, 8,000 sq. m. of the City's Planning Exhibition Center and 16,100 sq.m. of the City's Opera House.
