Landmark East - 102 How Ming Street, Kwun Tong

Year of completion: September 2008
The Landmark East features a 110,000 m2 grade A twin office tower development at How Ming Street, Kwun Tong. Sitting on a 2-level carparking basement and a ground floor open public concourse, the towers are composed of interlocking and tilting trapezoidal rectangular planes that opens up to the surroundings and creating spacious office suites within.

235-239 Hennessy Road provides a 27-storery commercial building serving 4000m2 offices, retails shops, bars and restaurant at Wan Chai. Zhongshan Wing On City, PRC

Year of completion: September 2012 (anticipated)
Located at the center of the Southern District of Zhongshan, Wing On City is designed as a luxury mixed-use development with residential towers, a 5-star business hotel, & an office tower with attached to a high-end shopping center below, clustering around a grand landscaped plaza. The ambitious development will serve as a new civic center & a focal point for the emergent district.

Residential Development at 129 Repulse Bay Road

Year of completion: March 2003
The project is a prestigious residential development located at a prime high-class residential area overlooking Repulse Bay. Being conceived as a lily petal, the form of the building therefore demands special consideration in the areas of structural design and building services design, and close coordination amongst the project team was exercised from the conceptual design stage through to construction to ensure all building elements are well integrated and the architectural vision realized.

L' Hotel Island South - 55-57 Wong Chuk Hang Road, HK

Year of completion: October 2009
The 39-storey hotel tower, perched at the foothill of the Aberdeen Country Park, has an unobstructed view to the mountains in the back and distant view of Ocean Park & Repulse Bay towards the front. Its wave-like curtainwall introduces a splash of vibrancy to the monotonous Wong Chuk Hang Road, paving the way for the area to becoming the new center of tourism on the south side of Hong Kong.

Located at Sham Shui Po, this one tower luxurious residential development consists of 23-storeys residential units situated above a three level podium with shop, restaurant and club house facilities.
