Macau International Airport - RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT

Located to the north of COTAI district and adjacent to the Macau International Airport, this high-end residential development is situated on an elongated site of 8.5Ha comprises of 24 nos. 38-storey residential towers and a serviced apartment block with clubhouses, recreational facilities and carparks. Upon completion, 3,200 units of various sizes and a total GFA of 580,000m2 would be provided.

FESTIVAL CITY - Tai Wai, New Territories

A prime residential development which comprises twelve 42 to 50-storey towers with total 338,000m2 GFA over an existing 7 Ha railway depot structure. Facilities provided include a flagship clubhouse and 3 satellite clubhouses with comprehensive recreational facilities, social welfare accommodation and two schools. It features an arrival icon with footbridge link to Tai Wai Station . 3 different themes are adopted to provide individual identity for each of the 3 Development Phases.

PRH Development at Shui Chuen O Phase 2A (Architectural Services Provider)

This phase of the Public Rental Housing Development at Shatin Area 52 comprises a 3-storey Commercial Centre of approx. 17,000 m2 G.F.A., a 26-storey domestic block on top of a 5-storey podium housing 10 social welfare premises. The Commercial Centre spans across 2 land platforms at different levels and is connected by a 2-level shopping deck. The commercial centre is integrated with lift towers / escalator link system which together with the public transport interchange and a 70m span steel arch bridge / lift towers connecting to Shui Chuen Au Street form the major circulation node for the entire public housing development at Shui Chuen O.

PRH Development at Shui Chuen O Phase 3 (Architectural Services Provider)

The phase of the Public Rental Housing Development at Shatin Area 52 comprises 4 number of 30-storey domestic blocks and a 5 classroom kindergarten on top of a 1-storey carpark podium. Situated in the central part of the whole public housing development at Shui Chuen O, the landscape podium is connected by 4 number of landscape decks to provide crucial connection for residents to commute to the shatin city and also to other phases situated on a higher topography.

PRH Development at Hung Shui Kiu Phase 3 (Architectural Services Provider)

Phase 3 of the Public Rental Housing Development at Hung Shui Kiu is a low density housing estate comprising one-24-storey residential tower, a single storey commercial centre giving the verandah style street shopping experience which connects the pedestrian flow to the residential blocks. In addition, the design and colour tone of the adjacent 3-storey market cum carpark cum GIC block aims to reflect the neighbouring traditional village houses, and reminds the inhabitants the heritage of the Yuen Long village life. Green roofs and solar panels are widely adopted in the housing estate. While rainwater harvest system and solar tubes would be applied on an educational scale.

名門華都 - 河北石家莊

本項目位於石家莊之主幹道與市中軸線交匯點和平路之上。其用地面積為111,500平方米,此項目主要為商業及住宅綜合發展,其中商業大樓部份將會成為石家莊的主要地標。而本項目將提供176,000平方米的辦公建築面積及205,400平方米的住宅面積。

本項目位於成都市華陽鎮, 佔地約400000平方米,分一、 二及三期進行。規劃設計尊重原始地型地貌,充分利用山地資源,體現豪宅質感。一期以聯排別墅為主,總建築面積約為十多萬平方米。設計為極具高貴質感而又富有現代城市氣息的歐式建築。
一期已於2008年3月完成
二期將於2009年12月完成
三期將於2011年6月完成

本項目位於深圳安松區廣深高速公路與新沙江路交界,用地面積約98,000平方米,建築面積約295,000平方米,設計以新古典主義形式為元素以形造典雅浪漫的氣氛。
