Located to the north of COTAI district and adjacent to the Macau International Airport, this high-end residential development is situated on an elongated site of 8.5Ha comprises of 24 nos. 38-storey residential towers and a serviced apartment block with clubhouses, recreational facilities and carparks. Upon completion, 3,200 units of various sizes and a total GFA of 580,000m2 would be provided.
A prime residential development which comprises twelve 42 to 50-storey towers with total 338,000m2 GFA over an existing 7 Ha railway depot structure. Green roofs and solar panels are widely adopted in the housing estate. While rainwater harvest system and solar tubes would be applied on an educational scale.
