ESF Quarry Bay School

Compounding the lack of physical space is a need to expand with an annex block extension potential at the car park area with provision of a new disabled lift at the School, thus further allowing more of Hong Kong's population to access the type of education experience offered by QBS.

ESF Shatin Junior School

Responsible for the improvement works of Shatin Junior School which including roof top extension, library re-modeling, Gymnasium modification works & Office/Reception/Staff Rest Room re-arrangement works.

The vertical extension will be erected over the existing roof top area above the School office at the School classroom block building with a floor area of approx. 250sqm. The overall work is divided into 2 Phases (FMRI Works & Extension Project) with estimated value of HK$30M.

Renaissance College in Ma On Shan

The brief demanded a flagship sustainable building and Percy Thomas, in collaboration with the environmental consultant developed a framework for green school design, the first in Hong Kong. The school has been designed with a focus on advanced languages and ICT (Information and Communications Technology) facilities.

City University of Hong Kong, Phases 1 & 2

This project was won in an international competition in 1985. The first phase, which was opened in 1990, accommodated 13,000 full-time and part-time students. The second phase, opened in 1993, has increased the capacity to 20,000 students. The campus occupies a 154,000 square meter valley site with steeply sloping sides.

Hong Kong University of Science and Technology

Master planned in three phases, with two phases complete, this facility currently accommodates 7,000 students and will eventually cater for 10,000. The strategic Master Layout Plan accommodated the many complex site constraints while providing a long term optimum planning solution for the University.

ASD - Conversion of the Secondary Pool of the Lai Chi Kok Park Swimming into an Indoor Heated Pool

The scope of works includes the provisions of covered walkway with enhanced thermal comfort and mobility during winter, removal of existing children pool with its associated structure and building services installation, a light weight cover and retractable enclosure for the swimming pool and upgrading works at the changing rooms.

University of Hong Kong - New Medical Complex

The New Medical Complex will provide a much improved facility for the pre-clinical and clinical research departments. The new development will be a self contained complex housing the whole Medical Faculty, including support and teaching and research activities which will total approximately 50,000 sq.m.

Tai Po Hospital

The Hospital is built in the New Territories town of Tai Po and provides a total of 1020 convalescent and infirmary beds. The support services within the hospital complex include Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Clinical Pathology, Pharmacy, CSSD, Radiology, General Administration, Central Kitchens, On-call Accommodation and Ancillary Accommodation.

Tseung Kwan O Hospital

This acute general hospital with 458 beds and advanced day treatment facilities is the result of an enhanced design and build contract. Ambulatory care services represent a sizeable component of the facility, providing day surgery, day care, out-patient and community services. The hospital also delivers 24-hour accident and emergency services, with a further 14 beds.

Hospital Authority - Autopsy in Public Hospitals

It consists of improvement to the infection control provisions for existing autopsy facilities by upgrading the mechanical ventilation and air-conditioning systems; reconfiguring the layout to segregate "clean" and "dirty" workflows; replacing internal finishes to provide a safe working environment; and installing appropriate equipment items in 11 public hospitals under 3 sections.
