Resident Project Coordinator (Architectural) (12-month contract)

We are looking for a Resident Project Coordinator (Architectural) to join our Hong Kong studio.
Education Level Required:
A degree/diploma in Architecture obtained on completion of a 5-year full-time course of study or a qualification, which is acceptable to the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA) as satisfying the academic requirements for admission into the HKIA Professional Assessment. (Application from a candidate who has already obtained a professional qualification will not be considered.)
The Job:
- Working on an ongoing Design and Build project of Architectural Services Department
- Provision of assistance to Resident Architect or above for duties related to works contracts and the project, at Hong Kong Island
- Collaboration with other RSS ranks for delivery of works contracts and the project
- Other duties as appropriate from time to time
Monthly Salary:
- MPS 10 ($26,590)
- Gratuity + MPF: 15%
