Kaifeng International City

The project site is located at the new development area of Kai Feng City, with an area of 730,000s.m and proposed GFA of 2,940,000. The development aims to achieve a local landmark aside of Cheng Kai road, a 10-lane main road connection between Cheng Zhou and Kai Feng.

Renovation of Shopping Mall at Shanghai Jinqiu Garden

The shopping arcade was first built in 1980s with 2-4 stories with a total area of 15,000s.m. The renovation project aims to create a modern distinctive image. The structure is kept with "re-dressing" a new skin. Circulation within the complex is also improved in order to revitalize the shopping complex. The concept of the design manages to give a new definition to the space and giving rise of "sense of place".

Cosmopolitan Hotel (2005)

Cosmopolitan Hotel is a stylish, four-star hotel conveniently located midway between Causeway Bay's major entertainment and shopping attractions and the commercial district of Wan Chai. This elegant Hong Kong hotel stands head and shoulders above the competition with its high standard of comfort, personal service and values.

Shun Tak Centre, Sheung Wan (1984)

Shun Tak Centre is a commercial and transport complex on the northern shore of Hong Kong Island in Sheung Wan, Hong Kong. It comprises a 4-storey podium containing a shopping centre and car park, two 38-storey office towers, and the Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Terminal. It is the headquarters of Shun Tak Group, the principal Hong Kong operating company of Dr. Stanley Ho, the Macau casino tycoon.

ISLAND ROAD, DEEP WATER BAY (2010)

Every effort is expended to ensure this thoroughly refurbished modern oceanfront development justifies its vantage location it affords, with magnificent sea views and stunning views of Deep Water beach. Foldable timber louvres are added to maximised window openings to allow clear sightlines of breath-taking backdrops during daytime without being affected by strong glares during sunset times.

12-22 Davis Street, Kennedy Town

The boutique hotel is a redevelopment project which aims at developing a distinctive "sense of place" in the old district between Davis Street and Kwun Yick Street. With a prominent location and a building height higher than the old buildings surrounding the site, the property helps to raise the urban context of the surrounding area. The hotel also enjoys unobstructed spectacular harbour views as well as proximity to the proposed Kennedy Town MTR Extension.

NO. 875 LAI CHI KWOK ROAD, KLN

This development proposal focuses on the existing Feoso building at 875 Lai Chi Kwok Road. Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon. Currently the building functions as a warehouse with private offices situated at the 11th floor. Our proposal is to convert the landuse to residential and shopping complex.

Office Headquarters at Future Business Centre, Beijing (2009)

The site is located away from the Central Business District area of Beijing. The aim is to create a relaxing environment by providing low density commercial area in the nature. The goal of the design is to provide a harmonising interior with its location and surroundings.

THE CHINESE GENERAL CHAMBER OF COMMERCE (2010)

Beige natural stone finishes were used throughout this classical scheme, with brown & gold tones to compose a harmonious atmosphere for the chamber's guests. Simple Gerogian style moldings highlight the decor in echo with the gesture of the building's facade. The idea to blend the cultural heritage and traditional values of CGCC elegantly, creating a unique sense of arrival.
