Office Development, Cameron Road, Hong Kong

A 28 storey commercial office building comprising 4 shop areas with podium and sky gardens. The concept is to bring the liveliness of the surrounding district into the retail areas of the development to increase business opportunities. There are amenity features at podium levels and at the sky garden of a standard suited to a corporate head office ie these are now also available to small businesses.
The sizes of office floor plates are tailored to market needs as well as offering flexibility for future office planning.

Discovery College, ESF Private Independent School, Discovery Bay, Hong Kong

Discovery College, located within a seaside residential community in Discovery Bay, is designed to create a "Total Education Environment" that inspires learning and encourages interactions between students and staff. The school incorporates an innovative environmental canopy of ETFE pillows which improves the overall thermal comfort for users and provides all-weather outdoor areas for play and other activities.

Hyderabad International Airport, Hyderabad, India

Hyderabad Passenger Terminal Building is the first airport to be developed entirely by a private enterprise in India. The 105,000m? terminal is designed to handle 12 million passengers per annum with 12 contact stands. The project was completed from concept design to construction, in a record 30 months.

One LaSalle, Kowloon Tong, Hong Kong

An eight storey development which includes 14 luxury apartments and one basement level. The concept of the project is to define a modern and luxurious residential development which is unique in character for Hong Kong. Created with simplicity on external materiality, the building is vision as a piece textured by terracotta and fairface concrete.

Parkview Green, Beijing

A retail mall, with commercial office space and a six star boutique hotel, this Project challenges the conventions of large mixed use commercial developments. Its design concept generates an internal environment that is tempered by nature, resulting in microclimates that give comfort to users in the extreme climates of Beijing, and at the same time reduces the overall energy consumption of the building.

Shanghai North Bund Huishan Office Tower B1 & B2, Shanghai

Building B1 is a 180m tall tower designed for corporate head offices of 10,000m2 each in 5 separate clusters. Each cluster has a 5-storey atrium facing the River and Pudong, and can incorporate its own localized vertical movement systems for added privacy.
Building B2 is a clustered low-rise designed for 4 separate corporate head offices of 8,000m2 each. The architectural form optimizes views from all sides of the building towards the River and the Marina. Each office cluster has its own entrance lobby at ground level, 4-storey high atrium and roof garden.

Office Interior, Gao Yang B7, Shanghai

Epitomizes the virtue of functional simplicity, the design adopts clean line, neutral colour and form to enhance the stature of a Corporate Head Office. Quality is expressed through precision in detailing and execution. The interior, encompassing common area from the Main Lobby, Lecture Theatre, to the Washroom on every typical floor, exudes cool elegance to give users a heightened sense of well-being.

Ibrahim Nasir International Airport, Male, Maldives

The new Terminal for Male is designed to handle 6 million passengers per annum for international and domestic traffic. The building adopts environmentally sustainable systems and natural ventilation for major functions to lower the overall energy consumption. The open design, use of outdoor spaces and the incorporation of a lagoon within the building is a unique feature of the Terminal.

Hanimaadhoo International Airport, Maldives

The "Floating Terminal", with its multiple pavilions built entirely on stilts over water and without land reclamation, is a unique airport concept. The sail-like structures capture the prevailing wind for ventilation while sheltering the interior spaces from direct solar heat gain. The terminal is a single level building designed for easy access. The Maldivian experience is omnipresent when passengers move between pavilions via bridges and jetties.

General Aviation Terminal, Delhi International Airport, India

The new Terminal serves primarily all private jets arriving and departing at the Delhi International Airport. A single storey pavilion standing over a reflective pool, the light and airy structure provides all passengers with a world-class facility - a 5-star service comparable to the best hospitality facility in a tranquil, luxurious environment.
