Chinese YMCA Jordan Integrated Children & Youth Centre (2007)

To overcome the lack of any daylight, the contrast of materials for walls and floors along with bold ribbon like demarcation throughout the premesis has captured the attention of the patrons.

Chinese YMCA Tsuen Wan Integrated Children & Youth Centre (2006)

The height of the existing premises has been put in to full use by constructing a new platform to accommodate extra space. Materials selection is kept to a minimal to create a raw, industrial mood, and allow space for the users' participation on each surfaces.

Parekh House, 61-63 Wyndham Street, Central, HK (2006)

The envelope system used a double glazed with Low-E coating to control the heat transfer. The fins, forming a natural outline to coincide with the flow of the street, serve as a control element for the energy efficiency of the building, while carrying a distinguished profile to mark its presence.

Manhattan Heights, 28 New Praya, Kennedy Town (2000)

Chic, contemporary services apartment with fully fitted gymnasium and swimming pool, with most units having magnificent view of the harbour.

To provide a space that will be suitable to function as a cradle for tomorrow's creative talents.
When walls are no longer walls, but as an element to sculpt a space.
When ceilings are no longer ceilings but as a skin to encapsulate the illumination.

HKYWCA Tuen Mun Integrated Social Service Centre (2001)

Located in an old public housing estate, the premises was transformed, with all except the structure removed, into a multipurpose, activity transparent center which the neighborhood embraces. Custom designed features were present throughout this project.

SJS Chai Wan Daycare centre for the Elderly (2008)

The design for a daycare center for the Elderly requires a high level of sensitivity towards material, spacing, lighting and the atmosphere. Primarily using natural materials and various degree of reflectance of white, the result creates layers of intricacy where the dignity and respect are present all around.

2C-D San Lau Street (2004)

A boutique service apartment building that shows that even small sites can allow for possibilities in design. One unit per floor with exclusive lift lobby, double glazed system and strategically placed picture window.
