The project is a grade A office development completed in 1991. The building is expressively contempory with office floors in silver reflective glass curtain wall and the lower portion with green 'Maritaka' granite cladding housing covered carparks. The double volume grand foyer at ground floor occupies the whole Glouscester Road frontage.
The Kwai Chung Custom House comprises an examination centre, a seized goods store and offices for several of the Customs and Excise Commands. Extensive neutral tone and Greyish Blue Theme Colour were employed to accentuate the discipline nature of the Commands. The project was completed in 2001.
The development comprises eight residential towers housing 3200 households with a shopping arcade, a multistory carpark, a kindergarten, water features extensive landscaping facilities and a swimming pool which was the first of its kind among PSPS projects. The project was completed in 2001.
The project involves the construction of a brand new highrise service apartment block and the amalgamation of an existing one, renovated immediately after the completion of the former in 2004. The apartments gain their popularity owing to the proximity to Lan Kwai Fong and the mid-level escalator route.
The project comprises a 30 classroom secondary school and a 30 classroom primary school in juxtaposition with shared facilities, and another 24 classroom Primary School in the vicinity. Each school is designed in site specific manner, with its own identity and character, but with accommodation which follows ArchSD's Y2K standard. They were successfully handed over to 3 different sponsors in 2006.
South Yuen Long Government Primary AM School (南元朗官立小學)
The project comprises a primary school with 30 classrooms. It was designed with colour and identity congruent with the rural character of the site. The accommodation follows ArchSD's Y2K standard. The project was completed in 2008.
Buddhist Chan Wing Kan Memorial School (元朗佛教陳榮根紀念學校)
The project comprises a primary school with 24 classrooms. It was designed with colour and identity congruent with the rural character of the site. The accommodation follows ArchSD's Y2K standard. The project was completed in 2008.
St Joseph's Anglo-Chinese School (聖若瑟英文中學)
The project comprises a secondary school with 30 classrooms in Jordan Valley. The accommodation follows ASD's Y2K standard. The project was completed in 2010.
Chinese Methodist School, Tanner Hill (基督教循道衛理聯合教會丹拿山循道學校)
The project comprises a primary school with 18 classrooms in North Point. The accommodation follows ASD's Y2K standard. The project was completed in 2010.
The project is the development of a 'direct subsidy school' with 24 classroom secondary section and 18 classroom primary section. The master layout represents the optional solution in terms of functional and blocking disposition. The project was completed in 2010.
The scope involves site specific design of 4 residential blocks with more than 1500 households including conservation and adaptive reuse of existing heritage buildings and features within the estate. The project is scheduled for completion in 2015.
Phase 1 & 4 of this public housing project involve the design of 9 site specific low cost housing blocks between 25-30 storeys with special emphasis on buildability, functionality and sustainability. The project is scheduled for completion in 2015.
The landfill revitalization theme park project comprises 4 platforms (area around 4 hectares) of distinct theme, housing a competition archery field and various park facilities for recreation, relaxation and contemplation. One end of the park is connected to the country park. Adorned with fountain and bronze water buffalo sculptures, the park has become a major tourist attraction since its grand opening in 2010.
