Silver Lake Development - Dongguan, PRC

The development comprises of 88 nos. of residential blocks ranging from 2 to 3 storeys Villas to 15 storeys Apartment towers. Residents' Club and Commercial Facilities provided.
Phases 1 - 4 have been completed with subsequent phases progressing at this time.
The project was awarded 2006 Asian Habitat Award for Planning & Designing by the Asian Habitat Society, 2008 Residential District Planning Award and 2010 House Design Award of Chinese Residential Projects by the World Association of Chinese Architects (WACA).

Zhongshan Woodland - Zhongshan, Guangdong, PRC

The master plan design combines the development with the adjoining Zimaling Park, aiming at creating a new landmark for the City of Zhongshan.
Total 91 nos. of residential blocks ranging from 6 to 16 storeys, with 18 nos of luxurious houses.
Phases 1 - 4 have been completed with subsequent phases ongoing.
Phase 4A was awarded 2011 WACA Design Award by the World Association of Chinese Architects (WACA).

St Andrew's Church & Kindergarten - TKOTL 47, Tseung Kwan O, N.T.

St. Andrew's Church is located at the periphery of Tseung Kwan O. The complex is composed of a 700 seats Church Hall; multi-purpose rooms; a kindergarten and priests accommodation quarters. All the buildings are planned in harmony around a circular landscaped Lord's Courtyard Garden at the centre.
The project was awarded a HKIA Design Merit Award in 2008.

Headquarters of The Hong Kong Academy of Medicine -Wong Chuk Hang, H.K.

On a long and narrow trapezoidal site, the proposed building design manages to accommodate all the major facilities of the Academy in a balanced setting, addressing main entry approach ambiance, view aspect of the tower block, and a logical positioning of the Grand Hall which becomes a key feature.
The project was awarded a HKIA Design Merit Award in 2000.

The Oakhill, 28 Wood Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong

The development consists of one residential tower of 42 storeys on 7 floors of podium with shops on G/F, carparks on 1/F to 5/F, residential clubhouse on 6/F and communal sky garden on 7/F. It provides 130 nos of flat.
HKIA shortlisted The Oakhill for its 2011 Annual Design Award.
The project was awarded HK BEAM Gold Certificate by the BEAM Society in 2012.

Stanley Plaza Major Renovation, Stanley, HK - (In collaboration with Woodhead)

The Project seeks to revamp the entire Stanley Plaza shopping centre and the external Village for Square for improved ambiance, more contemporary and updated outlook, and to enhance rental marketability. The project involves the re-layout of the shopping complex, re-design of the circulation pattern, overall revision of fittings and finishes and complete revamp of the overall building envelope.
The project was awarded HK BEAM provisional Platinum Standard by the BEAM Society in 2010.

The Great Hill - Tung Lo Wan Hill Road, Shatin, N.T.

The development comprises of 3 nos. of 11 storeys high residential blocks with podium carpark & club house and total 8 nos. detached houses.

Colour by the River - Nam Wai, Sai Kung, N.T.

The site is located at the low point of a narrow valley facing the Sai Kung marina. Staggered site planning enables all 7 detached houses to have sea views. The houses are in contemporary design with meticulous detailing.
The project was awarded a 2009 Design Award by the World Association of Chinese Architects (WACA).

Island Crest - First Street/Second Street, Sai Ying Pun, H.K.

Composite development of Urban Renewal Authority consisting 1 storey basement, 5 storey podium and 2 residential towers each with 36 storeys. The podium consists of retails, clubhouse and a 3-storey Government Accommodation comprising Residential Care Home for the Elderly (RCHE) cum Community Support Service Centre (CSSC) with 93 beds dormitory.
The project was awarded HK BEAM Platinum Certificate by BEAM Society in 2010.

1800 Place Student Residence at Lung Wah Street, Kennedy Town, Hong Kong

4 nos. residence blocks for students sitting on top of a 5 storey podium with carpark, building services plant rooms and various student common facilities including Multi-Purpose Hall, Computer Rooms, Reading Rooms and Canteen. The blocks are 22 to 25 residential storeys in height.
