789 - Shantou University Student Activity Centre Phase I,
at Shantou, PRC

Year of Completion: 2003
Shantou University Student Activity Centre Phase I includes Redevelopment of Block 7,8,9 and Redevelopment of Leisure Path, which offers the students interconnected interior and exterior activities spaces, as well as the integration of existing scattered building units. It received HKIA Award for Members' Work outside of Hong Kong in 2005.

Club House of Kunshan Shimao, Butterfly Bay,
at Kunshan, Suzhou

Year of Completion: 2006
The main body is a three-dimensional New Moon hugging a free form indoor swimming bath and an outdoor swimming pool. The gradual change of foreground creates a visual climax throughout the journey of approaching the building. It received the HKIA Award for Member's Work Outside of Hong Kong in 2007.

Club House of Wuhan Shimao Splendid River
at Wuhan, PRC

This architecture is a new complex to serve a private residential development and local community. It consists of Sales Centre, Gymnasium, Swimming Pool and other amenity facilitates. The grand ramp for a gentle accessibility becomes one of its key features. The total GFA of this building is 11,005 m2.

Boarding Section of Princess Alexandra Red Cross Residential School
at 9 Rehab Path, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong

Year of Completion: 2008
It is the boarding section of a special school for disable student. Comprehensive research was conducted and the design was refined to fit disable students use. A ramp system was developed for gentle vertical transportation from G/F to 2/F. A central courtyard creates a pleasant and tranquil atmosphere for student.
