KK100 Development - Shenzhen, China

Won in the international competition featuring some of the world's best known architects, TFP Farrells were commissioned with the masteplan of KK100 which included a 441.8m tower. KK100 is the tallest tower in Shenzhen, and was the tallest of the world among those completed in 2011, confirmed by CTBUH.

Kennedy Town Swimming Pool - Hong Kong, China

Situated on the reclaimed land, the new swimming pool, together with the existing residential towers and the historic tramway along the old waterfront, forms the backdrop for the new development. Its low-lying, organic and singular expression marks the entrance to Kennedy Town and its prominent location next to Victoria Harbour.

Guangzhou South Railway Station - Guangzhou, China

Guangzhou South Railway Station, billed as the largest new station in Asia, consists of 28 platforms and 3 underground-metro lines. It has a mix of intercity, express and metro trains, and interchange to public and private transport systems. The design's primary theme is to develop a green-field site into a "garden" station which acts as a catalyst for the generation of a new urban area.

Beijing South Station - Beijing, P. R. China

Situated on a 31 hectare site the Station creates an urban link with the surrounding cityscape and acts as a "Gateway to the City". This integrated design encompasses a multi-modal transport interchange facility with a vertical separation strategy so that the passenger traffic flows are direct, convenient and highly efficient.

Peak Tram Tower - Hong Kong, P.R. China

TFP Farrells' design wove elements of traditional Chinese architecture into a forward-looking building. The separation between the pagoda base and its series of floating tile roofs - a familiar motif - was utilised to conjure up an elevated bowl-like form that seems to hang in space above the mountain skyline.

Sheraton Dameisha Resorts - Shenzhen, P.R. China

Situated on a pristine beachfront property, this 400-bed 5 star resort aims to capture the increasing market of affluent Mainland China tourists. With a challenging brief, it responds to the natural surroundings by integrating a dynamic structure that compliments the topography and provides all rooms with a spectacular ocean view.

M+ Museum, WKCD - Hong Kong, P.R. China

The winning team, TFP Farrells and Herzog & de Meuron, envision M+ as a cultural centre for 20th and 21st century art, design, architecture and the moving image rather than a museum, providing endless possibilities for artists. Through its specificity, it becomes a distinctive, singular and unmistakable piece of Hong Kong.

Shangri-la Ulaanbaatar Development Phase II - Ulaabaatar, Mongolia

Shangri-la Ulaanbaatar Development Phase II comprises of a 24-storey office tower giving a GFA of 17,000m2, a 34-storey service apartment tower giving a GFA of 24,300m2, and a 7-storey retail podium giving 22,500m2 of commercial space and 2 levels of basement car park. It is expected to be in operation in 2014.

The Springs Masterplan - JiangWan New Town - Yangpu District, Shanghai

As JiangWan New Town is seen as the largest and most complete remaining natural landscape in Shanghai, the vision of the F1 Springs masterplan is to allow different people and communities easy access to nature, whether they be residents, have their offices situated there or be visitors to the development.

VATTANAC CAPITAL - Phnom Penh

The 183.8m Vattanac Capital in the heart of Phnom Penh will make it the tallest building and the first high-rise in Cambodia. It aims to provide Phnom Penh with a distinctive new world class high rise commercial building in the heart of an area primed for redevelopment.
