Certified at Platinum level by HK BEAM, the Hong Kong Velodrome and Town Park illustrates P&T's continuing commitment to sustainable design. Inspired by the profile of a bicycle helmet, the curvilinear shape helps to reduce the mass of the building and successfully blends into the surrounding organically shaped park.

Redevelopment of Victoria Park Swimming Pool Complex (Phase 1)

Completion: 2013
The redevelopment of an indoor Swimming Pool Complex inside Victoria Park consists of a spectator stand for 2500 persons, a 25m x 50m heated competition pool, and a 25m x 33m heated multipurpose pool with a adjustable diving platform designed to meet international competition standard.

Asia Pacific Tower & Jingling Hotel, Nanjing

Completion: 2014
A 57-storey tall tower that rises to a height of 240m comprises of 370 rooms of the 5-star Jingling Hotel above 30 storeys of grade A offices. A podium structure related and linked to the existing hotel houses new banquet facilities, restaurants and a health club with an indoor swimming pool on its roof.

This residential development has 12 high-rise towers ranging from 15 to 39 storey high , 33 3-storey villas and 11 townhouses. All high-rise apartments are south facing with large balconies. The villas have private lift, some with private indoor pool. A "contemporary classical" design language has been adopted for the high-rise, their external appearance projecting an image of luxury and prestige.

A 4-storey computer data centre development located at Wen De Section Nei Hu District in Taipei. A dynamic building facade created by simple vertical lines and curvature. Glass fiber reinforced concrete is introduced in this project.

Located at the outskirts of Singapore CBD, this 45-storey tower is designed as a "vertical" eco-system with sky gardens at multiple levels with a GFA of 42,000sqm. This project provides 373 residential units.

Burj Rafal Tower & Hotel Kempinski, Riyadh

Completion: 2014
The 68-storey Burj Rafal is the tallest tower in Riyadh, consists of a 5-star Kempinski Hotel, serviced apartments, residential apartments, retail space and a car park. The reflective glass is in sharp contrast to the colorful Riyadh stone on the podium, which is a contemporary interpretation of local Najd style architecture with characteristic triangular openings.
