<div><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Heng Seng is always the lead and reliable partner for their customers. This proposal is to add another layer of branding definition to this façade to create sense of place in this metropolis area. Through a creative method, the traditional vertical elements are interweaving into a 3-D wave form leading us to the entrance of the Bank. It also represents Heng Seng Bank’s transition and innovation to maintain its leading position. Aluminium fins and panels with floaty architectural motif are employed to create a wavy box. The materiality of these feature walls acts as a porous membrane forming an intimate interplay between urban context and natural environment. </span></div>
60-66 Jardine Bazaar is a single tower (100m tall) commercial development in Causeway Bay. The architects manipulate the massing and introduced a cascade of protruding volumes and outdoor terraces. Horizontal fins of varied dimensions are strategically introduced to break away from the tower’s extreme verticality.
<div><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">The 3 detached villas are making a statement to challenge the conventional “New Territories Exempted Houses“ prototype which has been predefined by stringent government regulation. By lifting, slicing and interlocking different volumes in a three-storey villa, unique external forms and interior spaces are created. </span></div>
<div><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">The Wine Hub intents to inspire others for new possibilities of village living and create an iconic gathering place and re-establish interaction among neighbourhoods. <br />
We envision to break through the boundary and restore the collective nature of villagers. The design creates an illegible glass boundary embracing the surroundings into the interior, allowing interaction for people from inside to outside. Internally, the utilities are kept and compacted at the core, leaving the peripheral space open to the exterior. </span></div>
<div><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">This two-storey resort villa sits at a hill in Sai Kung serves as a family’s retreat in the countryside. Three distinctive space is tilted to capture most view outside and interconnected through a spine space internally. <br />
The three space also connect through landscape features. The slanted façade with wooden fins creates a distorted perspective and increase the depth of view. Bedrooms are located on the second floor and each have a private balcony to enjoy the nature. </span></div>
<div><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">To upgrade the existing Long Ping Mall, a brightness, elegance and clean design is created within the interior and the facade design. </span></div>
<div><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Shuffle, the executive lounge and club is a unique social space acts as a filter between its internal space and the city outside. The club is designed with different spaces along a progressive path. The path starting from the minimal façade to the reception area with over hundred illuminated cylinders, then proceeding to the lounge area, which is decorated with 300 bottles that programmed to illuminate along with music. Each space is a temporal field giving a unique sensory space. </span></div>
<div><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Situated at the Hong Kong Science Park, UMEC is a research and development company in AI & 5G industry with 7,000 sqft working space. Our design approach emphasizes in bringing creativity and innovation to the staff through open and connected space. Two main paths are introduced at an angle for natural light filtering into the reception and visitors would be greeted by sea views. The office is divided into different zones while maintain connection and common spaces are placed near the entrance for easy access. </span></div>
<div><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">This house is a voyage travelled from the Nordic to Oriental, which shows owner’s cherished antique Nordic furniture and art collections. We intend to blend owner’s insight and love with our design. Within the clean and simple setting, storage, lightings, smart home equipment, room doors are tactically concealed in big sliding panels. Minimalistic, functionality and modernity have formed a sophisticated stage for owner to showcase his collectibles. </span></div>
