A new residential development with three 6-storey residential blocks and a clubhouse is located at the prestige residential area of Lagos. Sustainable design including solar water heating system, vertical greening, green roofing and extensive sun shading are implemented in this project.

In preparation for the 2008 Beijing Olympics Equestrian Event taking place in Hong Kong, the project called for a renovation of the existing Old Clubhouse at the Beas River Country Club, owned by the Hong Kong Jockey Club. The design aimed to preserve the existing ambience of the site due to the long history associated with the location, yet revitalizing it into a comfortable and contemporary environment. It was the recipient for Perspective Awards 2010 Certificate of Excellence for Architecture (Professional) Heritage.

Two of the 5 Public Piers commissioned by Civil Engineering & Development Department for promoting eco-tourism.
The Design Team for Wong Shek Public Pier ventured beyond the functions of "shelter", creating a roof design which fulfills both functionality and aesthetics. It was the Recipient of the HKIA Annual Awards 2006 President's Prize and also one of the shortlisted members' work for the HKIA Merit Award - Industrial/ Transport/ Utility Building Category

Restoration Work of Main Worship Hall of Tung Lin Kok Yuen rectified the prolonged nuisance of water leakage and rotting wood flooring and re-captured the ambience and touch of the 1930's without modern material or technology. The work included building of an underground screen wall with U-channel along the peripheral of external wall of the Hall, re-construction of whole floor slab and re-laying of wood flooring.
