Re-modelling and extension of existing CTS Tower into 5-star hotel with 756 guest rooms, banquet halls, restaurants and ancillary facilities. The curtain wall design is composed by varies size of triangles and diagonal arrangement, making an outstanding and strong statement of a new landmark at the entrance of Beijing town centre.

The nightclub itself is cladded with black reflective glass which lounges with a cascading waterfall besides the entrance. Featured on the rooftop is a magnificent infinity pool and green garden for patrons to relax and set aside their busy lives.
The development is composed of a shopping mall, hotel and serviced apartment. The shopping mall is introduced at the lower levels of the development, where potential flagship stores are brought into the prosperous streets of Beijing.
Given the rectangularity of the site, the shopping mall and serviced apartment are sited independently in the development. The shopping mall draws the bustling atmosphere into the development by the massive framing structure together with the openness arrival point at the entrance.
