On 16 February 2023, the Development Bureau (DEVB), Civil Engineering and Development Department (CEDD), Planning Department (PlanD) and the consultant teams provided a Briefing on Kau Yi Chau Artificial Islands to HKIA Members.
The 2.5-hour Briefing and Exchange Session took place at the newly renovated HKIA Premises, with 20+ members physically attending and 60 joining online.
