HKIA Annual Awards 2018/19 - Call for nominations
 
Dear Members,
 
On behalf of the Institute, may we invite your submission to the HKIA Annual Awards 2018/19?
 
The Institute has been working hard to “Build a better Hong Kong.  Promote Architectural Excellence”.  With an aim to nurture the public to appreciate Hong Kong architecture, we are eager to invite our fellow members to share their outstanding works by competing for the HKIA Annual Awards, a distinguished architectural award around the globe.
 
Undoubtedly, our fellow architects produce high quality works.  We wish you to let us know your outstanding works, thus to show the works to the public of Hong Kong.  Throughout the years, we have brought our HKIA Annual Awarded winning projects overseas via a wide variety of international awards and exhibitions.  Your projects are definitely one of those we are going to bring to overseas.
 
We would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude to the Jury Panel,        which includes:-
  • Professor Brian McGrath, Former Dean of the School of Constructed Environments, Parsons The New School, USA
  • Professor Kazuo Iwamura, Professor Emeritus, Tokyo City University

Important Note:
Submission Deadline: 14 June 2019, 17:30
Presentation on non-local projects and site visit to local projects shall be conducted on 11-12 July 2019 (Thursday-Friday).  Respective project team(s) would be informed of the site visit arrangement, if any, on 10 July 2019, after Jury Panel’s first meeting. 
Project teams are strongly advised to reserve the aforesaid timeslots for prospective site visits and interviews.
