Join HKIA
With Create Hong Kong as the Lead Sponsor, The Hong Kong Institute of Architects Biennale Foundation (‘HKIABF’) as the Organiser, Jiangsu Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce as the Co-Organiser, and The Hong Kong Institute of Architects (‘HKIA’) as the Partner, the HKIA Roving Architecture Exhibitions (‘RAX’) Nanjing Stop will be held in October 2023.
由香港特別行政區政府創意香港為主要贊助機構、香港建築師學會雙年展基金會主辦、香港建築師學會為合作夥伴，香港建築師學會建築巡迴展南京站將於二○二三年十月舉行。
Titled ‘Harmony in Diversity - Connecting the Metropolis by in-betweens’, the exhibition showcases HKIA Members’ imagination and interpretation of ‘in-betweens’ in various forms of expression to explore Hong Kong’s unique architectural conditions, to reveal how contrasting forces such as new and old, east and west, nature and man-made shape Hong Kong’s unique urban landscape that celebrates diversity in harmony.
To facilitate in-depth exchange with architectural professionals in Hangzhou and Nanjing, HKIA has successfully applied for Professionals Participation Subsidy Programme (‘PSP’) managed by Commerce and Economic Development Bureau (‘CEDB’). A Trip to Hangzhou and Nanjing will be organised for members. Details are as follows:-
是次展覽題為「美美與共 和而不同 — 連接大都會」，展現香港建築師學會會員對香港「中間落墨」的詮釋和想像，揭示新與舊、東與西、自然與人工等對比力量，如何塑造香港既和諧又多元化的特殊城市景觀。
為進一步促進與杭州及南京建築專業交流，香港建築師學會成功申請商務及經濟發展局轄下的專業人士參與活動津貼計劃，並將為會員舉辦杭州及南京考察代表團。 詳情如下：
Trip Details
Departure: 18 October 2023 (From Hong Kong*)
Return: 23 October 2023 (To Hong Kong*)
Fee: HK$ 12,400 per person (Basic accidental insurance is inclusive. See Maximum Subsidy Level below)
Itinerary: Company Visit, Infrastructure Visit, Seminar and Talks, Attendance to Exhibition. The trip will be carried out in Chinese (Putonghua). Please refer to Appendix I for the Draft Itinerary.
* Participants are strictly required to take the same flight from Hong Kong to Hangzhou and from Hangzhou to Hong Kong. The suggested flight schedule has been sourced from a travel agent.

費用： 每人港幣 12,400 元（已包基本意外保險。最高津貼額見下方）
包括：企業參觀、基建參觀、研討會和講座、參加展覽。交流語言為中文（普通話）。行程草稿見附件一。
*參賽者須乘坐同一班航班由香港飛往杭州以及由杭州飛回香港。旅行社亦已提供建議航班。
Upon full attendance to the programme, participants can be reimbursed under PSP at 90% of the actual cost incurred for travel and accommodation. The approved maximum subsidy level (HK$) shall be:
完成整個代表團交流活動後，參加者可根據專業人士參與活動津貼計劃要求，報銷實際交通及住宿費用的百分之九十。已獲批的最高津貼額（港元）為：
Maximum Subsidy Level
Travel Cost (Air): Up to HK$ 2,700
(One round-trip air ticket between Hong Kong and Hangzhou)**
Travel Cost (Rail): Up to HK$ 200
(One round-trip rail ticket between Hangzhou and Nanjing)
Accommodation Cost: Up to HK$ 4,500
(Hotel accommodation, 2 nights in Hangzhou, 3 nights in Nanjing)
Total reimbursement: Up to HK$ 7,400, subject to 90% of the actual travel and accommodation cost.
**Members who are currently based in the mainland, who are Hong Kong qualified professionals engaged in the relevant professional services in Hong Kong, may choose to join the trip by gathering at Hangzhou. They may opt out the round-trip air ticket between Hong Kong and Hangzhou, and shall be reimbursed for the railway ticket and accommodation only.

住宿費用： 最多港幣4,500元

津貼總額：最多港幣7,400元，以實際交通及住宿費的百分之九十為準。
**目前在內地工作、並從事香港相關專業服務的香港專業人士，可選擇在杭州集合並參加本團，而不購買香港至杭州來回機票，並僅報銷鐵路票和住宿費。
Attendance
To be eligible for the subsidy, it is mandatory for the participants to attend the full programme, including all visits and forums during the trip, a post-trip sharing session, and the submission of a trip report sharing what they have learnt from the trip. The reports may be uploaded onto the HKIA website.

為獲得津貼，參加者必須完整地參與整個行程，包括出席所有參觀論壇、行程後分享研討會、以及提交報告，分享見聞所學 。報告有機會上載至香港建築師學會網站。

Application
There are 40 subsidy quotas available. About 30 quotas shall be allocated to HKIA Full Members. Factors of submission date and time as well as past and current contributions to the HKIA will be considered to arrange quotas. About 10 quotas shall be allocated to Members from HKILA, HKIP and HKIS.
Interested members please complete and return Form A together with your CV by email at kentsang@hkia.org.hk (subject name: RAX Hangzhou-Nanjing - PSP2022001).
Deadline for submission: 25 September 2023 at 5:00pm
Result notification will be emailed to the applicants before the end of 2nd week of September 2023. Successful applicants have to settle the full payment of HK$12,400 in one week. 報名方法
津貼名額共四十個。 約三十個名額將分配予香港建築師學會正式會員，安排配額時會考慮申請人的提交日期及時間、過往及現時對學會的貢獻等因素。約十個名額將分配予香港園境師學會、香港規劃師學會及香港測量師學會會員。
有興趣會員請填寫表格A，並連同個人簡歷電郵至 kentsang@hkia.org.hk（電郵主題：RAX Hangzhou-Nanjing - PSP2022001）。
提交截止日期：2023年9月25日下午五時
結果將於 2023 年 9月第二個星期完結前以電郵方式通知申請人。成功申請者須於一星期內繳付全數港幣12,400元。價格已包含基本意外保險。
