HKIA New Member Area To be Launch on 19 September 2022

Hello members, 

HKIA is pleased to announce that we will launch our brand new membership system on 19 September and would like to invite you to start using it.

Your Username and Password will be sent to you via email on 18 - 19 September. 

It is highly recommended to change your password at your initial Login, new password must meet the following requirement :

  • At least 8 characters
  • At least one capital letter
  • At least one small letter
  • At least one number
  • At least one symbol

If you already activated the account earlier during the soft launch period,  please ignore the password, and use your own password for login.

  • One-stop platform for membership renewal including personal information update, CPD declaration, membership card selection, payment etc.
  • All-inclusive platform for CPD-related matters, including registration of CPD events, view CPD videos, update CPD records
  • Paperless application for change of membership and membership reinstatement *
  • Access to all other reference materials *
  • Area where you can share your thoughts with us *

*will be launched in the next phase in early 2023.

User Tips

  • No space is allowed for contact numbers
    • (correct) 99999999
    • (wrong)  9999 9999
  • HKIA has migrated all the information that we have collected under the old system into the new system, yet you are still recommended to double check and update if necessary before clicking "NEXT".
  • If you find that the field you wish to change is not editable, please contact us.
  • Most of the members will be asked to upload a photo for membership card printing. It is highly recommended to use a passport photo. 
    • Photo recommended size : 40mm(W) x 50mm(H) / at least 1200px(W) x 1600px(H)
