Study Guide for HKIA/ARB Professional Assessment – Paper 4 – Building Services and Environmental Controls

The Study Guide for HKIA/ARB Professional Assessment (PA) is an online live document prepared by the HKIA Professional Assessment Committee (PAC), with an aim to help PA candidates prepare for their PA, as well as our young Members in applying theoretical principles to their daily work. 

The Study Guide for Paper 4 – Building Services and Environmental Controls focuses on practical understanding of the regulations/codes applicable for the selection and integration of systems in the design of buildings an Architect may encounter in daily practice, with suggested approaches and analysis to deal with these situations.

PAC welcomes any suggestions on the Study Guide which will be regularly updated for improvement and refinement due to comments or changes in codes and its interpretation and application, etc.
