UABB2022 Call for Curator: 2022 Hong Kong & Shenzhen Bi-City Biennale of Urbanism\Architecture [Deadline 4 Jan 2022]
Hong Kong Institute of Architects Biennale Foundation (HKIABF), one of the organisers of the UABB2022, hereby invites interested curator/curatorial groups to submit proposals by way of application for the “2022 Hong Kong & Shenzhen Bi-City Biennale of Urbanism\Architecture” (2022香港－深圳城市＼建築雙城雙年展) to be held in Hong Kong and Shenzhen scheduled from August to October 2022.
UABB2022 is the 8th edition of the event subsequent to the participations since 2007. The project shall comprise of two concurrent exhibitions, one to be held in Hong Kong and the other in Shenzhen. The biennale is jointly organised by HKIABF as the leading organiser, with the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA), the Hong Kong Institute of Planners (HKIP) and the Hong Kong Designers Association (HKDA) as local co-organising partners. The exhibitions are expected to last for around two months, with possible exchange of exhibits between Hong Kong and Shenzhen, plus various events with architecture, urban culture, art, design and planning elements to be organised concurrently.
