HKIA Third Quarterly General Meeting (3rd QGM) 2021

The Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA) Third Quarterly General Meeting (3rd QGM) 2021 would be held in September 2021, details as follows:

Date: 16 September 2021 (Thursday)
Time: 7pm (Reception starts at 6:30pm)
Venue: 19/F, Congregation House, 119 Leighton Road, Causeway Bay (tentatively) with Live Broadcast via Zoom

(Due to possible changes of HKSAR Government's existing measures on COVID-19, members are highly recommended to stay tuned at HKIA Website for the latest arrangement of the QGM.)

The closed-door physical meeting of 3rd QGM will be conveyed online via Zoom to avoid members joining large-sized gathering in order to reduce risks of COVID-19 infection. Special arrangements would be held with limited 60 numbers of members to physically attend the meeting and prior registration is required to ensure the safety of members and others attending the meeting.

Please register for the 3rd QGM to express your comments.

In support of the Government’s public health measures, the following arrangements will be put in place for the physical QGM:

  1. Guests must wear a mask to enter Congregation House and QGM venue
  2. Guests have to go through a body temperature check at Congregation House main entrance and at QGM venue entrance
  3. No refreshments would be provided in the meeting venue
  4. Guests physically attending QGM are reminded to wear a mask all the time except when eating/drinking
  5. HKIA will provide sanitary fluid and masks onsite

The above arrangements may be changed to follow the latest requirements as announced the Government from time to time in response to the pandemic conditions.

*Limited seats for physical meeting will be allocated on first-come-first-served basis.

HKIA members who would like to attend the meeting (both physical and via Zoom), please register through Google Form or the QR code on poster by 14 September 2021 (Tuesday) for consolidation.

Post-meeting Report

The HKIA Third Quarterly General Meeting 2021 (3rd QGM) was held on 16 September 2021 at Congregation House.

We were honored to have Ir LO Kwok-wah, Kelvin, JP, Director of Water Supplies, as the Guest Speaker.  Ir LO gave an insightful speech on Total Water Management: Building a Sustainable Future.
