A. CPD Declaration Form 2021

  1. Pre-requisite for renewal of HKIA membership for Fellow, Member, Non-Resident Member, Affiliate and Graduate Member;
  2. The Council may terminate the membership if the member CANNOT make up for the outstanding hours of 2020 and fulfill the annual CPD requirement of 2021;
  3.  To check your CPD Hours balance and requirement in 2021, please click here and follow the below path.  
  4. Please remember to click “Submit” then “Confirm Submission”, otherwise, your CPD Declaration Form would not be submitted successfully.

C. HKIA Membership Card

  1. For applying Green Card, please click here to read the "Enhanced Green Card Safety Training for Architectural Professional"; 
  2. Your current photo at HKIA database will be used for printing your HKIA membership card if you do NOT submit your new photo;
  3. Please email your new photo with your FULL name and membership number to hkiarenewal@hkia.org.hk;
  4. Please observe the below photo requirement:
