HKIA Second Quarterly General Meeting 2020 Updates
Date: 18 June 2020 (Thursday)
Time: 7 pm
Venue: Craigengower Cricket Club (CCC) 188 Wong Nai Chung Road, Happy Valley, Hong Kong, with Live Broadcast via Zoom
The closed-door physical meeting QGM will be conveyed online via Zoom to avoid members joining large sized gathering in order to reduce risks of COVID-19 infection. Special arrangements would be held with limited 50 numbers of members to physically attend the meeting and prior registration is required to ensure the safety of members and others attending the meeting.
Members who would like to join the meeting (both physical and online via Zoom), please register through Google form or via the QR code by 16 June 2020 (Tue). Limited seats at CCC will be allocated on first-come-first-served basis. Please refer to the poster for more details.
